I’ve been working out for around 10 years and I still feel like I haven’t done everything I could. I really want to get into some kind of form of health, and the best way to do that is with a cardio workout. I’m trying to get the body I use to play sports, but I’m not sure if I could do it without a cardio workout.
In the last 5 years of my fitness, Ive never done more than 5 days without a cardio workout. This means that Ive been on a treadmill for 16, 20, and sometimes 29 miles of running (not counting the times i ran a marathon, and a few others I had no clue what they were). But if I could do a cardio workout for just 2 hours a day, that would be awesome. In fact, I would definitely do more than just that though.
The reason I’m starting this is because when I’m not in the gym, I don’t have the time to do a cardio workout.
Ok, now you got my interest. Ive noticed that there are many newbies who seem to think that every workout is their cardio workout. Sure, they’re probably doing a lot of cardio when they workout, but it’s not really a cardio workout. But even if it were, it would still be a cardio workout. If you want your cardio workout, I say go for it because it will be a very intense cardio workout.
That being said, cardio workouts are a good way to burn fat, increase your strength, and build muscle in general. You can also build muscle by using cardio as an add-on to the gym. If you don’t feel like working out, you can still use cardio to lose a few pounds at the gym. It’s really a very simple concept, but the benefits and possibilities are endless.
We think you’re gonna need a new gym to get started. But I think you should do more research and make sure you get a really good experience. The best gym for you is definitely one that is 100% professional, but be careful, and don’t use the gym as a gym for anyone who wants to try out a little cardio. It takes a few minutes to do it and you can actually do it.
It’s a good idea to be prepared for a workout, however you might want to keep it short. A few minutes of cardio might be enough to get you up and running, and then you can just do cardio to burn fat. I’ve been doing it for years and I’ve never really felt good enough to workout with it.
We’ve all been there. I can remember one time a few months ago when I was doing a little cardio in my kitchen and thought, “Man, I really should get a treadmill”. I looked at the clock. I was only going to be a couple minutes. So I grabbed the equipment, walked over, and started, then immediately felt like I was walking on a cloud.
It was really bad. When I tried to give it to my brother, he said, “I don’t know why.” I didn’t tell him to get up and go to the bathroom; he said, “That’s good. I’m going to go to the bathroom.” I said, “Okay, you can go to the bathroom.” He said, “No problem.” So I went back to the kitchen and cleaned himself out.
I was just going to use my computer for the same task. I found a book called “The Good Life” and it was a great read. I had to read it several times before I finished it. But I was going to read a book. I read another one. My sister, who loves reading, said, Yes, I read. But I said, What you gonna do? What I do? I said, You gonna do it? I said, I will.
