The problem is that if you’re not mindful of what you’re doing, you might not even realize that you’re being slow, sloppy, and ineffective. If you’re not mindful of your daily routines and habits, you might never become aware of it.

The problem is that people that are aware of their actions might not realize that theyhave to give up their own, and thus be able to control them. It turns out that a lot of people, and even a lot of us that are aware of our actions, are just not mentally prepared to do their own thing.

And if we are honest with ourselves, we will admit that we are actually not very good at controlling our thoughts and actions.

I am not talking about our actions toward our friends or even our family. I am talking about our actions away from those people. In other words, our actions towards ourselves, our family, our friends, and our surroundings. That is the exact same problem that people have when they play golf. The problem with most golfers is that they think their actions affect their performance. If you think about it, it’s actually the opposite.

We all know that golfers tend to be very, very good at their game. They hit the ball really hard and really far. But when they get a putter stuck in the rough and they need to “take it out”, they don’t just pull out a putter. They pull out their driver. To them, taking out their driver is a totally different action.

With a putter sticking in the rough, you need to pull out your driver, and it’s pretty darn uncomfortable. To help with the discomfort, you get a golf bag, which is a very comfortable thing to strap on, and you put your driver in it.
