I’ve been a big fan of the avenu fitness system since it’s launch in early 2015. It’s a workout program that is designed to be a bit more active than most of the other gym programs out there. The system works by letting you track your calories, sleep, and your mood.
I’m not saying that it’s a bad thing, but it’s important for the system to work on a steady tempo. The basic plan of training for the duration of the day is to be more active than most of the other types of workouts, and then you have a few more days to stay active. This is where you can add more flexibility to the system.
The best workouts are those that you do on a steady tempo. This is basically what avenu fitness is: running, swimming, biking, and doing a few other things that are a bit more on the active side for you. So you can do a few cardio sessions after your workout for more flexibility.
This is also a great time to get a head start on your workout, because you don’t have to do anything for the duration of the day. This type of workout can get you very tired, so instead of staying in the same place for the duration of the day, you can start the day with different workouts and different types of cardio, and then work up through the day to the next.
This is a great time to get your body up onto the treadmill for more cardio. It really is a lot easier to do in your own backyard.
I’ll come back to this a bit later on in this chapter, because it’s kind of a cool new post to go through.
It seems like avenu fitness, which is based on a really good website called “fitnessbyvacation.com,” is one of those new, low-cost weight training/ cardiovascular programs that seems to be popular with millennials. The concept is simple: Do a variety of cardio workouts with weights and then follow it up with a variety of workouts while walking.
The plan seems to be a variation of a typical cardio workout like running or swimming. There’s also a “strength” component to it. You are to do exercises that are a combination of cardio and strength training, and you should be working out for 6-8 hours a day.
I’m not much of a fitness person myself, but I can sympathize with the idea of running a fitness program that is as simple as doing a cardio workout and then doing some strength training. The weight training exercises I do are actually a lot more complicated and require some serious time in the gym. For example, I have a pair of dumbbells that I use to do a barbell workout and then I do some core training, and then I do some weighted pull-ups.
What if we wanted to do a workout that took only a few seconds, and then quickly became a workout that took years to complete? That’s a great way to be able to make a point about how easy it is to make a point about the time and energy that should lie between you and the exercises.
