As a result of my recent practice with my daughters, I have now realized that they really don’t have to do those things. It’s the two things I’m talking about. The first is the fact that it’s not that much easier to stay in the gym than doing one thing at a time, but rather that there’s a lot more of a purpose and purpose in being a little more active now.
The second thing is that theres a lot more value in doing more than just making the gym the next 10 minutes, its a lot more of a reason to get out there and hit the weights. I know that sounds like a lot of work, but when you get to the point where you are having to do everything at once, its just not worth the effort.
I have to get out of the gym for an hour every day to complete my workout. It’s not like I’m going to get to the car and drive the 10 minutes home, it’s more like I can’t wait until I’ve completed my workout and I have to go home and get ready for the day, and I’m just not willing to put in the effort.
Weightlifting is really just a way to get lean muscle mass and burn calories. A lot of people look at weightlifting as an exercise that they cant do, but if you look at it this way, you can see that there are so many ways to get lean muscle mass that are so easy and fun to do. I don’t think anyone really ever gets fat from weightlifting, its just not something that the body does naturally.
I know that you have friends that try to do weightlifting, but they don’t have the same attitude that I do. So I take one of the most seriously, and I see it as a form of self-awareness.

I have to agree. Weightlifting is not the best way to build self-awareness. To build body mass, you can literally eat junk food and then gain weight. To build self-awareness, you can literally use meditation to focus entirely on your breathing and not think about anything, then exercise to build your strength and build muscle.
I thought weightlifting was the best way to build self-awareness because you can get more bang for your buck by doing one of the most efficient and effective forms of training. The fact is, most of the training you’ll see on the bodybuilding channel, you’ll see only in the gym. It won’t help you develop self-awareness when you watch the bodybuilding channel either.
