In the past I’ve never actually been able to get into the habit of working out, and it’s never been fun. I think it’s because I work out is like your whole life. It seems like there are a lot of people in the fitness industry who are not working out, or at least not exercising. For most of the last few years Ive talked to quite a few people who are either in the gym, or have recently started to workout, and they all seem to be doing it because they want to, not because they think it will help them look better.
So the problem is that most fitness programs are geared toward fat loss, and therefor, make us feel good about ourselves. But the problem with that is fat loss isn’t about being a better person; it’s about being a superior person. It’s about being really, really, really fit, and losing weight. For most of the last few years Ive made it a goal to get as fit as possible.
Not only is fitness a goal that everyone should want to achieve, its also great for weight loss. When you are really, really fit, the body uses the most calories for energy. This means that if you burn a lot of calories, you will loose weight in a very short period of time.
You may not be able to do it, but you can definitely do it. You can do it. You can lose 100 calories a day. But you can do it in a very, very short period of time. You’re not going to be able to carry on the weight loss you were planning to.
