I’m not a fitness person per se, but I do try to get at least an hour of exercise each day. To combat this, we have various forms of exercise to make us feel better. If you’re an athlete, you certainly can get enough exercise in a day to feel better. But there are also some people who can’t get enough exercise to feel any better.
You know those people who get so busy they forget to eat? That’s one of the most common symptoms of depression and anxiety. If this is you, you can try to do the same. Just because you can’t stop yourself from eating doesn’t mean you will. If you are one who does forget to eat, try to get physical exercise or a high protein diet.
I know this is a bit of a double post, but the reason is because I was really into fitness when I was younger and went to college. I ended up getting a degree in Exercise Science, and I also wanted to be a trainer so I could help others with my love of fitness. Well, I ended up moving back to the Denver area and started a new job. While I was in training, I lost my job, and then I had to move to the new city.
It could be that your past exercise or diet has already had an impact on you and you are not looking to change your habits. Fitness is a great way to stay healthy and fit. It is also good for your mental health. You can exercise just about anywhere. You can even do it while being totally exhausted. Just like you can exercise while sleeping. Most people dont think twice about doing it.
