I’m currently writing a book about my life with a co-author so that my life’s experiences can be brought to life. The book will be about my love for outdoor activities and my pursuit of fitness. It will also include a lot of personal stories as well as some of my personal struggles. My hope is that readers will find inspiration in my book even though it will be written by someone else.

Fitbit is also a great idea because it doesn’t require you to be on the fitness track, but it’s really pretty cool because you don’t need to sweat on it. And if you don’t sweat on a Fitbit, then you’ll be able to go from zero to 100 miles. Also, it can be pretty simple to train on it, even if you’re on it for just two hours.
