In our book, Fitness Evolution, we discuss the role that exercise has played in evolution. In a recent article, I wrote that “exercise is a big deal and it’s a pretty big deal that it’s the most important thing that keeps us healthy”. I was wondering if you could help me find the right words to convey this important message.

Well, that’s a good thing to be excited about. Exercise is a big deal because it not only keeps you healthy, but it keeps you strong and capable of achieving your goals.
As some of you know, fitness is a pretty big deal and its a pretty big deal that exercise is so important. It is so important because it is so much more than just being fit. In fact, even for the most fit person it is a very big deal. Being fit is a lot more than just being physically able to do something. It is a lot more than just being healthy.
I have to say, it’s actually hard to find good fitness content, but I’ll give you a few examples. The first is a great example of how fitness is an ongoing process. It is like a book I’ve been reading recently, where I just have to read it without knowing exactly what I’m doing. I know that you don’t always know what I’m doing, but it becomes clear that you’re doing something very good. You don’t necessarily know what I’m doing.

As you’re going through life, you know youre getting better at picking up your voice, and you know just when to pick up your voice you dont know how to pick up your voice. You dont know what Im doing. You dont know how to pick up your voice. You dont know what Im doing.
It’s not just that you do not know what someone is doing. It’s that you dont recognize that they are doing it. Your brain is trying to tell you that they are doing it, but you have no idea what they are doing. You don’t know what they are doing. You are not looking at them. You are not seeing them, and you are not consciously aware of them. You are not in the present.
I am not saying you cant figure this out. I am just saying you are not in the present. You are not doing it. You are not aware of it. You are not in the present. You are not doing it. You are not aware of it. You are not doing it.
I had a friend who was a fitness instructor who used to be very into it. One time he was telling me how he had a client who had never exercised before. Before he got her on the treadmill for the first time, he had her stand on the side of a treadmill, and just go to town with her arms up in the air. He kept telling me how awesome this felt. He kept telling me that he was looking at her. He was looking at her arms.
