greenline fitness

This blog post is a direct response to the idea that greenline fitness is unhealthy. It may be, but the idea that our thoughts and actions are all that’s important is a dangerous one.

Thinking about it, I feel like this is yet another way we’re not even aware of our thoughts or actions. We’re so busy doing them that we don’t even realize that they’re doing it.

One of the things that I like about greenline fitness is how it’s an easy system to learn. You can just start a new week or just set a goal like “5K run or swim” and then just play along. It’s pretty much like a regular old running program, except instead of running, you’re doing some other thing or exercising for a different reason. It’s just like watching a movie or reading a book, and you’re not even aware of it.

The first thing you need to start a new week is to create a new goal. One way to do that is to choose a color and then start to create an action. For instance, if you choose a green color to start the week, then you start with an action of running, like going to the gym or something. Another way to do that is to choose a color and then just watch the action unfold.
