I’ve done it before and I did it again this summer and it’s great. It’s easy, you’re not sweating and your feet are never hurting. One thing to consider though is that every time you do this, you’re actually putting on weight. So if you’re not already, I would start a weight loss program right after doing this workout routine.
For me, the easiest way to lose weight is to do something I already hate doing which is jumping rope every day. You can skip rope, but you will still be putting on some extra weight. Also, do not do this with other people. If youre in a public space, or if there is a room that you can leave your rope in, do this workout with your partner.
As far as the actual workout, the only real reason why I would do this is to see how much weight I can lose. The only thing I would skip is jumping rope. I’d rather do that than anything else.
I like the idea of the workout, but I will not be doing it on my own. I will be doing it with my partner. As always, this is not a drill. You must have someone who will do this for you.
As far as actually doing this workout, I think it would be a good idea to have someone else with you. I don’t want to have to look over my shoulder for someone else to carry out my workout. I’m just saying.
The reason for this is that I don’t believe that the world is as you’d wish it to be. The world looks better when it’s just a few guys out at the beach trying to get a bikini off of someone. In the real world we tend to forget everything we’ve ever done. As we move forward, our minds are more than just a few guys out, I need to believe that somewhere there is more than the other guys in the world.
I am not saying that you have to be a world-class athlete to enjoy your body, but do you have to be a world-class athlete? You can still do more than just look good doing a few easy exercises. There are a lot more ways to get your heart pumping than just walking laps.

For a month you can do ten different exercises, with the best exercises being weighted exercises. After that month, there are no bad moves. Just the best moves.
Your gym should be the best place to get your heart pumping. It should be the place where you can get to the top of your workouts.
