ohana fitness

I’m not a fan of the word “fitness,” but I do appreciate the word “ohana,” which I feel defines the word “family” to me. Family is a social concept that is not based on blood. It’s not genetic. It’s not biological. For me, “family” is a group of close friends that are always together.
