But even if you dont do cardio, you can still improve your heart rate by taking short walks. There are many things you can do to increase your heart rate, like walking up stairs, or running up a flight of stairs.
If you really want to get in shape, then there are some simple ways to do that. For starters, you can increase the variety in your cardio routine. Walking up a flight of stairs is a good one. The stairs are easy, and you can increase the number of stairs you do by doing a few different things like setting up a step ladder, or simply walking up a flight of stairs.
