My mom used to tell me that rebel fitness is the best way to lose weight. I like to think I am starting to see what she meant about that. I find it so amazing that if I can get in a sweat session and lose weight, I am still going to burn some calories. Being the rebel I am, I always look to other ways to motivate myself.
I’m not here in Las Vegas for a conference. But, I’ll tell you what: I do know that the people who work in the fitness industry are really good. You can’t get a better group of people who all want to be fitness professionals. They have the same goal in mind and they are committed to getting you there and staying there. They know how hard it can be to get there, and how long it can take to keep up your motivation to stay there.
Because we live in a world where we have to be “healthy” and “fit,” we are taught that being healthy means being in shape. But I think that the real definition of health is much more than just feeling good. Health is actually having a great balance of strength, endurance, and flexibility. It’s important to note that this balance is not the same as being healthy.
This balance goes back to the Greek word health, which means balance. Balance is the ability to perform well under pressure, and it’s the ability to perform well during the times when you’re least capable. For those of you who don’t know, the word strength is used in a different way. Strength is the ability to overcome the challenges of life, and endurance is the ability to endure the challenges of life.
You can go through many different kinds of exercise to achieve this balance.
The exercise that I recommend is a combination of strength training and endurance training. The first is best done in a weight room, where you can do presses, squats, and other types of exercises that focus on your muscles. You can also do a cardio session in the middle of your weight room, which is especially useful if you are short on time.
Strength training involves building muscles by keeping up with your reps and sets and using good form to stay under your maximum weight. Endurance training is most commonly done in a gym. It involves exercising multiple times throughout the day; many people do it in their homes or in a swimming pool. It is best done with a partner, and a strong form and technique will allow you to be successful at it.

It doesn’t matter how much weight you exercise, its fine to be able to get it right. But if you’re short on time, then a great workout can be a great way to get strength and balance; a great workout is when you get a bit more strength.
