I’ve been doing my best to eat and sweat and stretch and work out regularly since I was 19 years old and I thought I was too grown up for gym. I did get a very small taste of the “spunk” of the fitness industry when I was a student at the University of Washington, but it was short-lived. I soon returned to the gym and worked my way up to being a certified personal trainer.

Ive been working out ever since and I wanted to share my experience so that you can do the same. Ive been a bodybuilder since 2003 and I started a new workout regime about 6 months ago. Ive decided that the time has come to go back to the gym to get back to my original physique and to get back to enjoying the sport that I love. Bodybuilding was my ultimate goal and Ive been working full-out like a champ.

My first workout was at an old gym, which was a bit small but was still full of people. I had to work my way up the ladder from there. I had to perform a hundred push-ups and then I had to do a hundred pull-ups. I had to do a hundred pull-ups and then I had to do a hundred burpees. I had to do a hundred burpees and then I had to do a hundred squats.

I was able to get to the top of the ladder because I had a group of friends that I could train with. I really like working out for others because I feel that it is more supportive and kinder than doing it just for myself. It is also a social experience that I get to do the same thing for other people and build a relationship with them.

In terms of training, I like to do a hundred pull-ups with weights. I like to do the same thing with weights for a hundred burpees. I like to do two hundred pull-ups. I like to do two hundred burpees and then I like to do two hundred squats. I like to do a hundred pull-ups and then do a hundred burpees. The first couple of pull-ups you get are from someone who’s dead. Spunk workouts are intense but you dont have to be an expert to get them. In fact, I think I’ve done them a few times. You can start the workout by getting into a plank position, then doing a few burpees and squats. If you get up in the air, you can also do a few dips and some jump squats. Then, you can do burpees, squats, and a few dips again.
