You have been working on your gym-ready workout for three months and you’re still not satisfied with it. You’re getting your workouts done, your workout plan, and your workout schedule made for a lot of time that you don’t know how to accomplish. I’m sorry, but you may be a little disappointed that you didn’t spend much time on your workout. You should be, for good reason.
The game’s idea of being lazy is that you should keep doing your workout until you feel like it’s finished. It’s a bit like a “lazy” exercise, though. The idea is that you’re going to do that until the end of the workout, and then if you can’t finish, you’re going to go back to doing it until you feel that you are still doing the work.
Im sorry to burst your bubble, but you are not lazy. You are not lazy, but you need to get your workout in, or you will miss out on the opportunity to get the results you WANT from your workouts. As far as I can tell, you are doing this workout because you want to be the best.

So the first thing you want to do when you get back to your house, after cleaning up the kitchen, is to walk outside, and put on your favorite workout music. You’re going to do a bunch of reps on a treadmill, and then you’re going to do some weight training and some cardio. If you can get away with doing a few of these exercises at the same time, this will give you a better workout.
If you don’t get results, it’s usually because you don’t get results. If you’re on a side-track, you can probably get results, too. So if you dont get results, you may not get results.
So many people think that going to the gym and doing workout routines is something that everyone has to do. They are wrong, and it’s something most people dont have to do. Sure, it is a pain in the ass sometimes, but it helps to get your head out of your butt, and get yourself motivated to do stuff.
