I’m a trainer, and I train people to be healthier and stronger. I’m a guy who’s always had a lot of health issues, so it’s been a long time since I’ve been in shape. At first I wasn’t sure how it would look like to train people in a gym, but I figured it couldn’t be that bad. I mean, anyone who’s worked out at least once a week is probably already pretty fit anyway.

So yeah, when I started my fitness journey, I only knew of a few people who knew how to train and that they did it properly. Most people would say, “I can do it myself, just give me the equipment”. Well, I think thats how people should train, if youre not willing to spend the money, then dont.

Ive been doing fitness for over a year now as a freelancer, and I know at a very basic level that it is possible to get good at almost anyone’s sport. However, my go-to fitness equipment that I use is the bench press, which I use to build my strength. I do the same thing using my hands too, but my workout is just as effective.

This is exactly the type of thing you want to do. Because you might want to use an energy-boosting exercise device that you have a little bit of, just for your life time.

I’ve started using a barbell, which has been pretty effective. I have a pair of dumbbells that I use instead of a barbell, and I’ve started using a kettlebell to do some of my strength training. To me, it’s the most effective way of training for strength.

My workouts are usually pretty basic, so I don’t have the gym equipment to mess with, but its still possible. I have a dumbbell set that I can use that has an adjustable grip, but it also has a weight that I can adjust to use just my knuckles. I also have a kettlebell that I can use as a power-training tool and I’ve used it to do a ton of reps.
